REQ-7.7.12 — Configure notification cadences for weekly-update reminders and overdue alerts.
Notification cadences are not yet configurable.
The notification module is scheduled for Phase 4. This screen is a placeholder; the underlying notification_cadences schema and delivery infrastructure will be wired in a future release.
